Two movies are presented, flat road and steep uphill.
In the flat road riding, the rider's speed is 30km/h to 40km/h.
In the uphill riding, the grade is 14% to 20% which lasts 110 m.
You will see how the rider's force is effectively transmitted from his legs to the pedals.
